About CWT Construction
Over the past 10 years CWT has evolved into a robust force in the industry, with a focus on multi-family concrete construction, mixed use construction, light to heavy commercial concrete construction, multi-floor vertical structural concrete construction and construction of sensitive Federal/State projects for Army Corp of Engineers, Border Protection and Veterans Administration.
CWT currently operates from 4 locations in Texas: Katy, Texas, New Braunfels, Texas, Prosper, Texas and corporate headquarters in Galveston, Texas. These 4 strategically placed locations allow CWT to effectively manage a vast portfolio of projects in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.

Sr. Project Executive
Ross acts as Sr. Project Executive. In this capacity Ross directly interfaces with our field management teams ensuring project safety, quality control, production and client satisfaction. Ross has over 30 years of experience in the concrete construction industry and acted as Sr. VP of Operations for a major construction firm for over 15 years.
Steve W. Traina
General Manager
Steve acts as General Manager. Steve has over 35 years in the construction industry and has executed projects internationally with contract values well into the billion dollar range. Steve is responsible for executive management of all facets of this group.
Taylor Gardner
Project Manager
Taylor acts as Project Manager. Taylor is responsible for managing all aspects of the project. His focus is placed on safety, production, financial and client satisfaction. Taylor interfaces with the Legion Solutions field management teams and provides critical information to the team to support strategic management decisions. Taylor has over 13 years of Project Management experience working with major oil & gas, engineering and construction firms.
Karen Traina
Comptroller
Karen acts as Comptroller for the Legion Solutions. In this capacity Karen’s focus is to manage the financial components. Karen is responsible for interfacing with our internal A/P, A/R and payroll teams. Karen also provides daily reporting on Legion Solutions’
current and forecasted cash position to LS executive staff. Additionally, Karen has daily communication with LS’s primary banking and lending institutions. Karen has over 30 years of experience in construction accounting.
